This small piece has all the appearance of a simple writing exercise, since it is a canon by strictly rigorous contrary movement. But, by the magic of the vocal organ, this interlacing of calculated lines transforms into a sensual and shimmering sound material. No need for verbs here: the vocalizations that cross delicately are quite eloquent! PB
